# Email Open - Click and Forward Tracking Issue

Hey Guys  
I am very new in Mautic, and the product seem super powerfull for me  
I am trying very simple thing. Have a small list of contact to whom I just want to send the emails, detect when they open them and when they click on a link. Would love to know when they forward them too.

I uses SES/AWS API. Mautic 4.4.7

All seem to work well - email is sent. When I click on the email I can see the Json back eventType Open  
But on the report after many tests - I can never seen the open not the clicks
