# Email opening tracking data error

**Your software**  
My Mautic version is: 6.0.8  
My PHP version is: 8.2  
My Database type and version is: MARIADB\_11.4

**Your problem**  
My problem is: Email open tracking statistics are inaccurate. For example, in an event where I send out 200 emails, at least 100 emails are supposed to be opened.The statistics are always only 7 on the email list of Mautic

These errors are showing in the log: where to get log?

Steps I have tried to fix the problem: Nothing,i don’t know how to fix it?
