# Email opens not tracked with active "Opens an email" point action

Email opens not tracked with active “Opens an email” point action.  
  
  
  
Email opens are tracked with other actions or if the “opens an email” action is unpublished.  
  
  
  
I have no idea where to start trouble shooting this issue.  
  
  
  
Any help would be appreciated.

Email opens not tracked with active “Opens an email” point action.

Email opens are tracked with other actions or if the “opens an email” action is unpublished.

I have no idea where to start trouble shooting this issue.

Any help would be appreciated.
