Hello everyone

I was wondering if it is possible to identify which contacts read the emails that I sent and in what way can I see it from mautic?

add the tracking in outlook but I do not know where I can see which contact reads the emails and which contact does not read the emails

There is a `Email read` segment filter to do this.

is correct, but I do not know what value to add in “choose one or more”

now the emails that I want to verify if they are open are the ones that I send from outlook, and perform the whole procedure to install the plugin

or do I have to create an email in the channel\> email section?

OK, now I understand. Mautic is only able to track emails which are sent through Mautic.

Thanks for clarifying the question, can you tell me where this section is?

this take it out of the documentation of:

[mautic.org/docs/en/plugins/outlook.html](http://mautic.org/docs/en/plugins/outlook.html)

but nothing appears on my panel about it.

I work with mautic 2.11.0
