# Email status doesn't change to "read" in statistic

**Email status doesn’t change to “read” in statistic.**  
  
I sent email to segment and have 0 emails read in Channels-Email - My Email, but there are emails read in real. What’s wrong, maybe someone knows?

Email status doesn’t change to “read” in statistic.
