# Email template for promoting Mautic Conference Europ

**Your problem**  
My problem is: am new to Mautic, I opened issues that I wanted to contribute as a tester, The issue is creating email template for promoting Mautic Conference Europe. I added a comment to the PR yesterday to be assigned to work on the issue, but when I checked to see if it’s been approved to work on, I did not see the issue. Or anything that looks like an approval for the Pr.

So, do I go and request to be assign another pr or is there a step am missing, since am still trying to get accqented with Mautic.

These errors are showing in the log:

Steps I have tried to fix the problem: I have gone back to the repo, opened the issues, and check the testing section but could not see that.

Hi @_euphemia,

If you’re looking to create an email template for the conference, you have a few options:

- Build a theme from scratch using MJML.
- Customize an existing theme to fit your needs (either using Mautic themes or those available at [Crafting.email](https://crafting.email)).
- Use a third-party HTML email builder and copy the generated code.

There’s no need to open a pull request to create a theme.
