**Your software** My Mautic version is: v4.0.1 My PHP version is: 7.4.24 My Database type and version is: 10.3.31-MariaDB-log-cll-lve **Your problem** My problem is: Have installed Mautic on a subdomain in a shared hosting by Namecheap and everything is working fine except that I cant save templates after editing and thereby causing all messages blank when sent as email. Please I need help. I even have to switch from the new grapejs to the mautic builder but still facing the same challenge I will appreciate your assistance. Okay, based on your video this should be a: 1. permission error (make sure you chown your mautic dir) 2. wordfence or other evil wp plugin stops that ajax save to complete. When you save the template - do yo u see errors in your javascript console? ---

I can’t really. You should ask the person who maintains your Mautic. It’s just too complicated to explain in few words or video.
