# Email to User action information to include in the email

My Mautic version is: 2.0  
My PHP version is: 7.2.27-1+ubuntu18.04.1+deb.sury.org+1

**Your problem**  
My problem is:

I have standalone forms that have email to user actions. I am trying to add to that email the information that was filled out in the form. I cannot find how to add or what are the tags/parameters used.

I want the email to the user to contain the name, email address, and the URL where they filled out the form.
