# Emails are not being sent (First time installation)

**Your software**  
My Mautic version is: 5.0.4  
My PHP version is: 8.0.30  
My Database type and version is: 5.7.23-23

**Your problem**  
My problem is: After the initial setup, I noticed that emails are not being delivered. Testing on email settings is ok.

These errors are showing in the log:

Steps I have tried to fix the problem: I tested the email setup and checked the cronjobs
