# Emails not being received in Gmail

I recently subscribed to Mautic Cloud, went through the setup process and created an Email, form and campaign. When I test out the campaign and add my gmail email to the form. I never get a email in my gmail account. I tried sending a direct email to my gmail account, but once again I never get the email.
Has anyone run into this issue? And feedback would be appreciated.

I guess you Email settings are apt. Did you check sending emails to other email addresses, other than Gmail?
I am able to send emails to Gmail account, however, when I am replying from Gmail, I am not able to receive the same!
