# Emails not send - Cronfig error

Hello, I have the following error in cronfig:  
  
  
  
  
  
HTTP status is not 2xx. That means not successful.

I know I’m coming a bit late, but this problem is resolved already. It’s better to contact the Cronfig provider (me) directly than to post it into generic Mautic forum.
