# Embedded form doesn't capture email ID

Hi,
I have embedded Mautic subscription form in a lead capture plugin in wordpress, I have only one field in the form, the email ID. But when I test it I find that the form results show only the date stamp of the form submission and the IP but not the email ID.
Why is email not being captured? Pls help.
