# Enter New Contact by adding row to sql?

Is it possible the create new contacts at the sql level? And if so, how?  
  
  
  
I want to use a Zapier zap that grabs info out of an email and parses it to an SQL database. Can that be used to add new contacts/leads to Mautic?
