# Error 403 at installing on a Plesk Webspace

My Mautic version is: 5.2.3
My PHP version is:8.3.16
I tried my Mautic installation that works fine on my hetzner ubuntu 24.04 server

to move to a webspace. I made a test url: [http://info2.stefan-franz.de/](http://info2.stefan-franz.de/)
Now i got an error message: 403 forbidden.
Is anyone here who nows the reason and the solution?

After using a standard .htaccess file it worked - but not really on a webspace with plesk.
I went back to a ubuntu server on [hetzner.com](http://hetzner.com)
Heres es my question about .htaccess - maybe one knows what command was the reason for “forbidden”
