# Error 500 in email links

Hi all,  
  
we are testing Mautic since a few days to support our marketing. All looks very cool and clear, great tool so far, but today when I tried to send a few testmails, I’ve run into some issues.  
  
  
  
I have sent a mail to 10 test users, the mail includes a link to an external test site. When you click on that link, mautic opens and gives a “500 Internal Server Error” on https://.com/r/d4sdhs8738…  
  
  
  
When I do the same on my logged in browser, it works and I am being redirected to the final URL.  
  
  
  
Mautic logs gives

Can anyone tell me whats wrong ?

my problem is similar but the links in my emails all start with “[http://localhost/r/](http://localhost/r/)…” and of course that won’t do.
