# Error 500 on social media monitoring

Hello,  
  
  
  
When I try to create a social media monitoring item, I have an error 500 at saving, despite the fact the item is saved.  
  
After that, I cant access it, when I click it does nothing.  
  
  
  
Updated the database scheme, but the issue is still here.  
  
  
  
Any idea?

Hello,
