# Error 500 when i want to view any of my contacts

**Your software**  
My Mautic version is:4  
My PHP version is: PHP Version 8.0.10  
My Database type and version is:10.3.31-MariaDB-cll-lve

**Your problem**  
My problem is: when i want to view any of my contacts i receive " **500** Internal Server Error"  
[https://em.cfbtel.com/s/contacts/view/9](https://em.cfbtel.com/s/contacts/view/9)

These errors are showing in the log: no error

Steps I have tried to fix the problem: delete contacts and recreate 2 contact myself for test but same error

I had better luck after upgrading my mariadb to 10.4 and then 10.5

My hosting provider offers only MariaDB 10.4 thus can not upgrade my db ☹
