# Error on sending email to contact through forms on mautic 4

**Your software**  
My Mautic version is: 4.2.1  
My PHP version is: 7.4.27  
My Database type and version is: mysql 8.0.22

**Your problem**  
My problem is: When trying to send a mail to a contact through a standalone form, nothing happens.

These errors are showing in the log:

```auto

```

Steps I have tried to fix the problem: Cache cleared and Updated Schema on a Clean reinstall and a clean database.
