# Error trying to join mautic Slack

**Your problem**

## Steps to reproduce:

1. Go to [https://www.mautic.org/slack](https://www.mautic.org/slack)
2. Scroll down to “Get your invite”
3. Fill in your email
4. Click “Send”

## Expected:

Slack invite email in my inbox.

## Actual:

Error at the top of the page:

> There was an error sending your invite. Please contact the administrator with the following error details. The error message from slack was:

No further info provided.
