# error when a lead already exists between my leads

Hi,  
  
  
  
I found a little problem when I try to push information from a lead that already exists between my leads. when this happens the screen is blank [http://azulweb.mautic.com/form/submit?formId=1](http://azulweb.mautic.com/form/submit?formId=1) address.  
  
  
  
Can anyone help me?

Hi Ivo,

I had the same issue. Also on [mautic.com](http://mautic.com) ([allyde.com](http://allyde.com)).

After a bit of experimentation I found it seemed to occur when a lead was added to the same list twice.

I played around with the various actions that were associated with the form and found the error only occurred on the add to list and only when the lead had already been added to the same list previously.

I since removed the add to list action from the form actions and removed the lead from any lists it had been already allocated to by editing the lead and found the problem cleared up.
