When I try to save a newly created form Iget this message There was an error creating the submission results table. Try a different name. Is the program buggy or I am missing something Also when I try to preview the form I get Uh oh! I think I broke it. If I do it again, please report me to the system administrator! 500 Internal Server Error ---
