# Error when tried to install Mautic 3.3.3, The site is currently offline due to encountering an error

Hi Everyone,

**Your software**  
My Mautic version is: 3.3.3  
My PHP version is: 7.3  
My Database type and version is: MySQL 5.6

**Your problem**  
My problem is: I tried to install Mautic 3.3.3 on my web server, but I get the following error message:

### The site is currently offline due to encountering an error. If the problem persists, please contact the system administrator.

#### System administrators, check server logs for errors.

These errors are showing in the log:

(in n/a - line 0, column 0). - in file /home/digitcx/www/newsletter/vendor/symfony/translation/Loader/XliffFileLoader.php - at line 197

Steps I have tried to fix the problem: I uploaded the files a couple of time, I tried to install version 3.3.2 as well, but the same error.

Could you help please?
