# Event type: page hit not showing up on contacts

My PHP version is: 8.0.28  
My Database type and version is: 8.0.32

**Your problem**  
My problem is:

Hi,

I would like to be able to see the event type of “page hit” in the contact profile under the tab “History”. But I can’t se it for other than “is:anonymous” contacts. If they are known (filled a form or what ever) their page hits are not logged.

On my website, Wordpress, I have installed the Mautic plugin, and I can see the web tracking is working for anonymous visitors to my website. But strangely enough not for know contacts.

**I have tried**  
I have tried to add users from different devices and from other networks (IP) then my admin account. Tried to allow “Identify visitors by IP” and set “Anonymize IP” to no. Didn’t help.

Does anyone have an idea to how I solve this?
