# Expected response code 250/251/252 but got code "550"

When sending an email out, I get a number of “failed” emails with this message in the log: Expected response code 250/251/252 but got code “550”, with message "550 \<[email@gmail.com](mailto:email@gmail.com)\> No such user hereAny idea why that is… one of the email address is my personal account I seed into every email blast.

Running Mautic version is: 3.3.3

Have you got it fix?  
My issue similar, it sending from my hostname  
Both of my email campaign and Email Setting has turn of “Mailler is Owner”  
Logs:  
`[2024-04-27T07:40:59.100889+00:00] mautic.ERROR: [MAIL ERROR] Expected response code "250/251/252" but got code "550", with message "550-Verification failed for <hello+bounce_662cac03c61e7@abc.com> 550-Unrouteable address 550 Sender verify failed". [] {"hostname":"server13.efg.com","pid":1857451}`

Same issue like yours, sending email from hostname “[hostname1.domain.com](http://hostname1.domain.com)” have you got it fix?

I was trying to send out the segment email to contacts, it always pending to send, even i set the publish date, then i check the email setting, SMTP is working fine, Queue for email setting “sync” . Maybe i need to roll back to mautic 4
