# Export Contacts with Tag Field

I would like to export my contacts with their Tag list, but the tag list is not available in the export or report fields…  
  
  
  
What am I missing?

So far i know you can’t import the tags using a list from another system

The only thing you can do is import that list and then in the Import Wizard put a specific tag to that import batch

Hi @mtranchina,

Currently there is no way to export tags using the contact exporter. Please log a CR via [https://github.com/mautic/mautic/issues/](https://github.com/mautic/mautic/issues/) (maybe there already is one adressing this feature).

Hi,

Now in Mautic 5.2 you can filter with tag : [Filter report data by tags by patrykgruszka · Pull Request #11346 · mautic/mautic · GitHub](https://github.com/mautic/mautic/pull/11346)

But the tags won’t show in the excel file when you export it.
