# Fail to sending single email to contacts

**Your software**  
My Mautic version is: 5.0.1  
My PHP version is: 7.4

**Your problem**  
My problem is:  
I have received the following error mensage when tried to sent a email for a contact.

_Falha ao enviar o e-mail para [andrelpmachado81@gmail.com](mailto:andrelpmachado81@gmail.com): Expected response code “250” but got code “553”, with message “553 5.7.1 [andre.parente+bounce\_65a6bf28a77b7923117159@lucratizze.com.br](mailto:andre.parente+bounce_65a6bf28a77b7923117159@lucratizze.com.br): Sender address rejected: not owned by user andre.parente@lucratizze.com.br”._

Steps I have tried to fix the problem:  
Verified the SMT P settings. email test Ok  
Same error with multiple contacts from different email client
