# Failed upgrade from 4 to 5

**Your software**  
My Mautic version is: 5.latest  
My PHP version is: 8.0.3  
My Database type and version is: MySQL

**Your problem**  
My problem is: after upgrading via CLI logs are showing Mautic is down.

These errors are showing in the log:

Steps I have tried to fix the problem:  
Check the access rights, and did a cache clear.
