# Fails on installation with heroku

Hi,
I am trying to install mautic on a heroku installation, and I am stuck on step 1. When it asks for the database information I put in the information from my ClearDB MySQL credentials, and select MySQL PDO as the database type. When I hit next, it says it is creating the database and then it just refreshes the page and doesn’t say any error message. Any idea why it is refreshing the page and not giving me an error message?? How can I allow it to show me the error message, and I have double checked my MySQL credentials multiple times, it still won’t connect and create the database. The database is empty.
