# Fatal error: Call to a member function getTag() on null

Got this error after submitting the contact form.  
  
  
  
Fatal error: Call to a member function getTag() on null in /home/…  
  
  
  
and here’s the screenshot [http://prntscr.com/dk0rq5](http://prntscr.com/dk0rq5)  
  
  
  
I use v2.4.0. Please suggest how to get rid of it. Thanks
