# Fetch email error

My Mautic version is: 3.3.3  
My PHP version is: 7.3  
My Database type and version is:

**Your problem**  
My problem is: fetch email using cli error. but on mautic configuration shows success!

might be important  
the muatic is on vps. and I want to fetch email from cpanel

These errors are showing in the log:

Steps I have tried to fix the problem: change email multiple time
