# Focus Item: 500 internal error when clicking on "Builder"

Good day.

**Mautic version:** 4.4.4  
**PHP version:** 7.4.30  
**MYSQL version:** 10.5.15

I get 500 internal error when I try to create a focus point and I can’t seem to understand what causes it.

It happens with any site I try to add not just ours.
