**Your software**
My Mautic version is: 3.0.1
My PHP version is: PHP 7.2.34
My Database type and version is: 10.5.6-MariaDB

I have a Focus Item with a form in it, type is ‘Collect Data’ , ‘Stop engaging after a conversion’ set to Yes.

Now when I complete the form, the form dissapears, 'the ‘Thank You’ message appears, all as expected.
But then the form re-appears again, while I expect the Focus Item to go away and not show up again.

When the focus item loads, a cookie ‘mautic\_focus\_4’ shows up in dev tools, with the timestamp as value.
Sometimes , not sure in wich case because i’m constantly trying and refreshing, the value changes to -1 and then the focus item is gone.

It seems to me that the cookie value has to change to -1 as soon as the form is completed?

There seem to be a lot of people with this same problem which has been around for a few years now…

‘Solved’ this by setting the cookie to -1 and remove the iFrame both with Javascript in the content of the focus Item.
Not the way I prefer, but this took too much time already ☹

Hi, Are you sure you are testing it right?
Not as an admin?
