# Form action doesn't send email

Hi all
I’m trying to setup a simple form subscription.
On mautic all data is recorded, and it says that the e-mail was sent, but never touch the mailing service (altough it’s working, cause mail test was send successfully)
On log I’m get this error
[2016-10-05 01:48:28] mautic.ERROR: Warning: PHP Startup: SourceGuardian: Unable to initialize module Module compiled with module API=20100525 PHP compiled with module API=20131226 These options need to match - in file Unknown - at line 0 [] []
I’m pretty sure that’s the cause.
How can I solve this?
