# Form action -- send email -- images not sent with the email

**Your software**  
My Mautic version is: 3 something. Where to check? Installed this year  
My PHP version is: 7.3.27  
My Database type and version is: ?

**Your problem**  
My problem is: Created a form and a trigger action to send an email. The image / photo is not included in the sent email and just shows an empty space where it should be. The image does show in the preview on Mautic, but not in the actual email sent.

Had to just create an email without an image.

Thanks in advance for any help with this!

Hi,

Check if the image is of correct format or try converting it to a different format. Hope that helps!
