# Form Actions - Email works but nothing works in the Campaign...

Hello. I am completely new to Mautic. I have it installed on my server. When creating a form and adding Submit actions (from the Actions tab), these seem to work fine. Email sends fine, add points works, etc…  
  
  
  
But when I create a Campaign and try to add these Actions, none of them work at all. ( I only have 1 form, so I know I am choosing the right one).  
  
  
  
Does this sound familiar to anyone?

Have you configured your cron jobs? Forms work when they are submitted, campaigns need updating:
