# Form message not displaying

I’m setting up mautic step by step but I encounter errors at each step…  
  
When I set up a form with a message to display once submitted, I never see this message. The form stays as is, with the “please wait” message.  
  
The HTTP request is made (status 200), the contact is subscribed, but no message displays, why?

Hi, I also have the same issue, no log is written, I also checked with google chrome console but no error.  
I cleared the cache after upgrading from 290 to 2101. The site URL app/config/local.php: ‘site\_url’ is correct.  
@escopecz any suggestion?

Deleted the cache: no changes  
Tried with url redirect/other options: no changes  
No JS errors in the console  
No errors inside apache’s logs

This is definitely a bug.

This is a bit technical and here is the solution that helped me.

search for the discussion/post called …

"form is hang on submit button after hit submit "
