# Form notification email not sending after form submission

Hi,  
  
  
  
We have our forms set up to send out a notification email(form results) but nothing is being sent out. The contact’s info is saved but if we try to send an email through Contacts\>Lead-x\>Send Email, a message is displayed that the email was sent but the email never shows up in the inbox/spam. If we try to send an email through Channels\>Emails\>(any email)\>Send Example, and Voila! we receive the email.

It sounds like your cronjobs are not working, try run command and check if your email is sent . Else, look at your mail log to ensure that your mail has delivered
