# Form Redirect URL problem

Hello! I’m trying to add a redirect URL in Mautic for a form. However, when I complete this via the system it simply doesn’t work. I have tried to clear the cache / change machines etc. Is it possible to insert this data through mysql? Is there a field I can edit manually? Thanks in advance

Could you explain how the form after-submit redirect is related to database field?

Usual symptoms are:

- The URL you’ve inserted doesn’t start with http(s)://
- There is a javascript error in the website the form is embedded to. To make sure it works without it, try to submit the form preview.

I have the same problem, but only with IE.

Firefox and Chrome was OK.

Does someone have any idea how to solve this problem?
