# Form Resubmission

I’m using Mautic Cloud and I have a campaign to make double opt in email confirmation in three phases:
lf1=user entered with his email into my website;
lf2=user read the sign in email;
lf3=user click the link into the email.
First I created them using an extra contact field called “UTM Fase”. It works ok this way, but I wanted to use the stage feature (called “Estágio”).
When someone submit the form more than one time, the stage where the contact was before “reset” and the user disappear from this stage, while my tags are still ok.
Is this a bug, or am I missing something?
