# Form trigger to post to Zoho issue

Hi,
I’m relatively new to Mautic and have tried to read through other forum threads regarding form issues being stuck on “please wait”.
I’m looking to post Mautic form submissions to Zoho, and have been able to successfully integrate Zoho with Mautic.
My form: [https://mikeyork.mautic.net/property-roi-calculator](https://mikeyork.mautic.net/property-roi-calculator) submits data to Mautic and functions properly without the trigger to Zoho, but when including the trigger to Zoho it submits to Mautic, doesn’t integrate to Zoho and stays on the “please wait”.
I know Zoho requires Last Name and Company as mandatory fields, so I have these in the form and also set to autofill if no value present, so thought that would cover the requirements. Not too sure what I’m missing or if this is an ongoing bug?
Any help would be appreciated.
