# Form's submit button doesn't works

My Mautic version is: 3.3.3
My PHP version is: 7.4

**Your problem**
My problem is: I have just sent out my first campaign with a request to fill in form to update some data.
Some user contact me saying the submit button doesn’t work.
yet I tried it on mac with chrome and on linux with chrome and I had no problems.
I see something that varies in user configurations … what can I do?
These errors are showing in the log: no
Steps I have tried to fix the problem: it works on my mac and linux pc
but for example a client tried on macOS Catalina (10.15.7) with Safari 14.1.1 and Google Chrome (91.0.4472.77) without success.

Have you tested it in an incognito browser ? Are your CORS settings correct ? Feel free to PM the link to the form and I will give it a test from my side. MacOS on Big Sur
