# Forms Won't Open Error

Recently updated to 1.1.2. on a new installation… Mautic isn’t letting me add any new forms. The script fails to open either the standalone or the campaign form option, nor does the “x” to close work in the modal. Not sure what direction to head in.

I was, however, able to manually navigate by appending “standalone” to the end of the link, and the closing the modal?
