# Fresh install... 500 Error, no log info

**Your software**  
_My PHP version is_ : 8.2  
_My MySQL/MariaDB version is_ (delete as applicable): MySQL/MariaDB version: 10.x

**Updating/Installing Errors**  
\*I am: Installing  
_installing via_ : Web / Command Line  
Zip File

_These errors are showing in the installer_ :  
None

_These errors are showing in the Mautic log_ :  
None

**Your problem**  
_My problem is_ : 500 Error trying to get to the startup screen. No errors in logs, new machine, new install from the zip file.

_Steps I have tried to fix the problem_ :
