# Getting 403 Forbidden Error on Fresh Mautic Installation (cPanel + LiteSpeed)

Hello Mautic Community,

I’m new here and need some help with the installation.

I tried doing a fresh install of Mautic on my hosting account, but I keep getting a **403 Forbidden** error—even when I attempt a manual installation.

Here are my server details:

- **cPanel Hosting**
- **Web Server:** LiteSpeed
- **MySQL Version:** 8
- **PHP Version:** 8.1

Any help would be really appreciated! Thank you.
