# Getting 500 internal error when i click on submitt form

**Your problem**  
My problem is: i have created a form and email then embedded the form using home code on my wordpress website. Now after I fill the form and click submitt, I get the error page, instead of the redirect. Also the customer email is not sent but the form response is captured
