# Getting a "CSRF token error" all the time

Hi,

I am getting the following error after some time of inactivity (talking about minutes, not about hours of inactivity):

> CSRF token error. Try to refresh the page and try again.

After that, I can only refresh the page to continue working with Mautic. It is happening on all pages, not only the dashboard page. I am running multiple instances on a server, this specific instance is the only one this error comes up.

Any idea what causes this and how it can be resolved?
