Hello,
What is the SMTP you using?
Are you connecting via SMTP or API?
Thx,
Joey

Thank you for answering !

Most likely it’s pure SMTP (my email server on Cpanel) and sending out using Amazon SES.

(besides of this when trying to get on Settings\>Configuration takes infinite time and does not load)
Thank you,
Daniel

Hello Daniel,

It’s either your own SMTP OR Amazon, where you connect via SMTP.
Or maybe you are right, and you have an SMTP configured to foward to Amazon, but that is a tricky setup, I’m not sure you did that.

Check this video and see if your Amazon settings are according to the suggestions.
Especially the part with feedback loops.
