# Global replacement in email template

Hi. Wondered if anyone could point out where to handle global replacements in email templates. i.e. instead of variables in the template for lead fields, to have global fields to be replaced with the same value for all emails. In our specific case we want to pull a value from a web service…  
  
Any help appreciated.
