# Gmail + Queue email

Dear all, I’m facing some issues with Gmail.  
  
I want to monitor unsubscribes and bounced emails directly inside Mautic, the problem is that I have a gmail based email address and I don’t understand why Mautic is not able to connect to that address.  
  
What should I do to figure it out correctly? I went in the email settings.  
  
  
  
Then another question, if I realize that I’m sending a wrong email, is there a way to stop the queue and delete it? Maybe from the database?
