# Head up! Composer update 4.4.2 still delete local.php - BACKUP before update

Look like this wasn’t fix yet in the 4.4.2 update so head up if you do a composer update to be sure to backup everything because it most likely you will either see a 500 error or a fresh installation installer screen after the update.

This is due to that local.php in /app/config was deleted during composer update.

Just restore only the local.php from your backup into the /app/config/ after the update and clear out Mautic cache folder then it should be back up and running.
